Pail ear lug welding and handle bailing machine
Sunnran packaging machinery company Ltd. is supplying this cost-effective machine in response to market demands, integrating ear welding and wire handle insertion in a compact design. The machine features mechanical cam-driven conveyance and coating penetration technology at the welding position, ensuring uniform weld spots with enhanced durability.
An integrated black smoke elimination system effectively removes welding residues, maintaining a clean production environment. The wire handle is formed into a flat U-shape with an inward fold, preventing detachment and eliminating the risk of piercing the pail body during compression.
Additionally, the machine supports an optional internal ear-spraying function and seamlessly integrates with automated pail production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
So far , we have three model of this combination of earlug and handle bailing function, 30CPM , 35CPM and 45CPM.
